Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original premium packaging.
Online Portal
Log in to your BuyNext Dashboard. Navigate to 'Order History', select the item you wish to return, and click 'Request Return'. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label immediately via email.
Sustainability First
Place the item back in its original box. We encourage you to reuse the shipping mailer we provided to reduce environmental impact. Affix the printed label to the outside of the package.
The Payback
Once our artisan partners receive and inspect the item (usually within 48 hours of arrival), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this may take 5-10 business days to appear.
