You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. BuyNext cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

All transactions are processed via our secure third-party payment partners. By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the full amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.

• Sellers are responsible for setting their own prices.
• BuyNext collects a standard service fee per successful transaction.
• Refunds are processed according to our Return Policy.

BuyNext is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of seller listings or the quality of goods received. Our total liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid for the transaction in question.
